Sticking to a Routine 📋✔️

It’s easy to create a routine, but it can be a bit harder to actually stick to it. I know for myself, I always have these ideas and things that I want to do for my own routine, but sometimes I get way over my head with those ideas. When we are not used to doing a routine regularly, we can get overwhelmed with the idea of having one because it seems like a lot but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Here are some tips of how you can create and stick to your routine:

Plan out a routine for you: Different people need different routines, one routine will not work for everyone so do not feel like you need to copy someone else’s routine. You need to take out the time to plan the routine that is perfect for you and your lifestyle.

Set small goals: You get way over your head when you have too much all at once in your routine so instead try creating small attainable goals that way you will get more done.

Prioritize: There is something we want to accomplish with our routines so identify what are your goals and what is a priority for you. This can also serve as motivation for your routine.

Don’t feel pressured: This is your routine, so go at your own pace. Don’t feel pressured to do everything all in one day when you are starting the routine, this is a process.
