My Promotion!

I'm still buzzing with excitement from my promotion to Team Lead at Chick-fil-A! It truly feels like a significant milestone in my career journey, and I’m so excited to share a bit more about what this means and what it took to get here. Becoming a Team Lead at Chick-fil-A isn't just about a title; it's about taking on greater responsibility and making an even bigger impact on our team and our guests. My path started as a dedicated team member, learning the ropes, mastering different stations, and always striving to provide that signature Chick-fil-A service. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the fast-paced environment and the opportunity to interact with so many different people every day. In this new role, my daily responsibilities will expand to include more direct oversight of shifts, training new team members, ensuring product quality, and maintaining our high standards for guest satisfaction. It’s a challenge I’m wholeheartedly ready for, and I'm eager to contribute more to the positive atmosphere and efficiency of our restaurant. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my hard work and dedication have been recognized, and I'm looking forward to embracing these new duties.
