English Podcast for People Who Haven't Moved On
If you are a person caught up in the pain and mistakes of the past, you can't go beyond it. Today I have a podcast.
A few days ago, I came across an English podcast that talked about how to move on from pain, mistakes and failures in the past so that we can free ourselves from the past and create the future we want with three principles: Accept, Learn and Move on.
• Accept - is to accept mistakes, failures that occur, that we cannot go back and correct or change them.
• Learn - Instead of getting caught up in the pain, let us learn from it because it will make us grow and become stronger.
• Move on - After we have accepted and learned from those mistakes, it is time to move on to become a new, better person.
After the hearing was over, I immediately clicked! I felt that, yeah, getting caught up in the past doesn't help us. It only takes us to dive and drag us to hell. All we got from that wound was learning and growing so that we don't go back and make a second mistake.
