High protein home made pizzas! ✨

Roughly 300 calories & 30 grams of protein each!!

In a blender:

-2cups of cottage cheese

-3 eggs

In a bowl:

1cup SELF RISING flour (has to be self rising)

Directions:

- add blended mixture to flour

- mix till dough like

-1tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning & grated Parmesan into the dough

- add 1cup of mozzarella (or any) cheese & 1.5 cups of chopped turkey (or reg) pepperonis to the dough

-on a parchment lined cookie sheet add about a cup of the dough made into a pizza shape (makes 6-8)

-bake for 20 minutes @ 400 degrees

-take out of oven, to the top add pizza sauce, cheese & pepperonis (or any topping)

-bake for another 10-12 minutes
