what i’d order at chick-fil-a as a nutrition science student 🍗✨

you don’t have to cut out your favorite foods to eat “healthy”, it’s all about balance, prioritizing protein, and making small swaps that actually fit your lifestyle.

my go-to:

🤍 high protein

🤍 still satisfying

🤍 realistic (because let’s be honest… we’re still getting chick-fil-a)

save this for your next order & send to a friend you always hit chick-fil-a with 👀

Fun fact the cool wrap is actually only ~350 cals! The other half accounts for the avocado lime dressing, so swapping that for a different dressing or sauce can save a lot of cals

i love that their mac and cheese is high protein!!

my go-to chick-fil-a order

tbh i saw this on tiktok a while ago and i get it almost every time i get chick-fil-a. i recommend 1. using tupperware for this bc its easier to shake and mix and 2. only putting 2 sauces bc the zesty part of the zesty buffalo sauce becomes too much. #fastfoodideas #chickfila #chickfilahack
