Carnivore diet for fertility 🥩

Morning of day 8 of being on carnivore for my fertility 🥩.

🛌Last night I was having CRAZY vivid dreams about hot Cheetos, cupcakes, and cake 🧁! I mean it felt so real that I had to tell myself it wasn’t real🤣.

🏋🏻‍♀️As far as weight goes I dropped 6 pounds so far on carnivore. With that my appetite has decreased even more and I’m only really eating about TWICE a day now🍴. My resting heart rate used to be in the 70s-80s and now it’s been in the lower 60s consistently❤️.

🧠 my mental health is outstanding!! I struggle with mood swings quite a bit and I haven’t had any EXCEPT for one on OVULATION day🙆🏻‍♀️. I feel more relaxed, awake, and no anxiety🙌🏼. My sleep has still been around 9 hours and with that I’m have so much more energy ⚡️.

🔄🩸As far as cycle goes this cycle has been the easiest cycle yet…I’m not sure if that’s good or not. I’m currently cd 15 so I passed ovulation day already. Use to I would get awful abdominal cramps ONCE a month and it would only last that day BUT this month NOTHING🙌🏼. The day that I thought I may have ovulated or around it was because I had LIGHT cramping, a light headache, and then kinda like a pulse in my uterus 🤍. The only other thing I noticed was my resting heart rate the day of ovulation was in the 70s which is high for what it has been📈. I’m praying that this diet keeps making positive changes for my body🙏🏼.
