GETTING PREGNANT CAUSED ME DEPEESSION

I was super excited to be announcing that I was pregnant and i’m so glad I didn’t. I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago and I was so happy to be bring life in this world. I was nervous but excited and ready. A few weeks later I started spotting I thought it was normal. Until it wasn’t I went to the er they told me they couldn’t tell me if I was miscarrying because of how early I was. Later that night I miscarried. I am so hurt and I blame myself. I know it’ll get easier but right now I can’t see it.

It gets better love 🫶🏻 I had my first pregnancy in October I found out I was pregnant. I was so happy/scared , I cried. But was so excited to be a mom. I found out when I was 4 weeks & 2 days and I ended up miscarrying at about 5 weeks & 2 days. I miscarried on Halloween. The grief I felt was like nothing before.
