A self help book that allowed me to NOT give a F 🥰
I found this book one day on book outlet and I was going through a hard time. I needed a book that related to women a lot more and what we may go through. I am so glad I found this book. She is so raw and so real about the things we may face in life. The authenticity of the words she says and how she feels towards certain things that may hinder her thinking or make her feel uncomfortable is literally what we need to hear and see. Sometimes as humans we love comfort ability but what happens when you step foot outside of that? In all areas? Boundaries is another beautiful topic she discusses because I feel setting boundaries in our generation is so tough. So hard to do even when it’s for the better ment of yourself. Give this book a shot if you need a little pick me up and don’t mind the rawness it entails.
