The only basics you need ☀️🌸
Never forget to try and notice the little things. #goldenhour in this #dewy grass is absolutely breathtaking to me. See the world through my eyes once in a while for a #dailyglimmer and taste of my form of #selfcare It involves the hardest part of healing from grief: Actively looking for small moments of joy, peace, relaxation, and most of all #gratitude The journey of healing your grief is not easy, but it is worth the fight and a hell of a lot easier with support 🫂
I don't have all the answers, but I can share what helps me handle my grief. Seeing nature through an artists and creatives mind is the best gift I have to share 💜
Healing from grief can feel overwhelming, but embracing self-care can make a significant difference. Start by creating a daily routine that prioritizes self-care activities. This can include simple practices like mindfulness, journaling, or spending time outdoors appreciating nature. Connecting with others who understand your experience can also provide invaluable support. Try to engage in creative outlets such as painting or writing, which can be therapeutic. Additionally, consider establishing a gratitude practice. Each day, take a moment to list three things you are grateful for, even if they seem small. This can shift your focus from pain to positivity. Remember, it’s natural to have ups and downs during your healing journey; always be gentle with yourself. Embracing moments of joy can coexist with the grief you feel, allowing you to heal more fully over time. Don't hesitate to reach out for professional support if needed, as guidance can often provide clarity and comfort during difficult times.
