DIY Energy Infusion

I am OBSESSED!

Have you ever had a Red Bull infusion?! 😋

For the last few weeks, I’ve been very into Red Bulls (specifically the tropical and coconut ones !). While working a shift at the hospital I ordered the Mango Dragon Fruit Refresher and bought my coconut Red Bull. The shift was craziness and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to drink them both so I combined them! I’ve been addicted to this combo ever since!

How to Make:

When you go to Starbucks, order a venti mango dragonfruit refresher with water in a trenta cup.

Grab your coconut or tropical Red Bull and mix together.

Let me know if you try it !!

For instance, using the tropical or coconut Red Bull adds a refreshing twist, but you can try the classic Red Bull or even sugar-free versions depending on your taste and dietary preferences. When ordering at Starbucks, asking for water instead of lemonade in your refresher reduces the sweetness and balances the infusion nicely. Using a larger cup like a trenta gives you plenty of space to mix in your energy drink without it overflowing. Additionally, you might want to personalize your infusion by adding a splash of lime juice or a few fresh mint leaves for an extra fresh kick. This not only enhances the flavor but also adds a bit of natural zest. Keep in mind the caffeine content of your combined drink, especially if you have sensitivity to energy drinks. It's always good to enjoy these infusions in moderation to avoid jitters or energy crashes. From my experience working long shifts, this Red Bull refresher infusion is a lifesaver when I need a quick, tasty pick-me-up. I recommend trying it chilled over ice for the best refreshing effect.
