I couldn’t stop eating these, they are so tasty and really easy to make. And the best part your cream cheese can be used while cold!

👩🏻 Home Recipe 🍳

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

8oz of cream cheese

1/2 cup of powder sugar

2 tsp of lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp of sugar

Egg wash

JusRol puff pastry

Detailed Steps:

your cream cheese can be cold or room temperature. So in a mixer add your cream cheese and your powdered sugar; and cream that together until it’s all combined. Then add your vanilla extract, your lemon juice and your sugar and mix that until it’s well combine and smooth. Then place in a piping bag or zip lock bag.

Then cut your puff pastry into squares and place them on a baking pan with parchment paper. Cut a smaller square into the pastry but don’t go all the way through the pastry.

Then pipe your cream cheese filling in the middle, and then brush egg wash on the edges of the pastry.

If you want you can add strawberries or any fruit to the top, but it’s fantastic without. And bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Let rest on the counter until the cream cheese that is puffed up has shrunk and then enjoy.
