💚 I am turning DOWN the volume of negativity in my life, while simultaneously turning UP the volume of positivity.
💙I’m trying to turn down the negative and negative self talk. Simultaneously I’m trying to replace the negative self talk with positive self talk, and in general trying to stay positive. All of this is extremely difficult with mental health issues and for someone that has consistently had negative self talk for 20 years. This is basically rewiring my brain. Getting better and coping better is worth the hard work.
