Step 1 The stom will enter the Filter. Select Apicot. This filter will color our image to a more bluish cooltone.
Step 2 Increase the art by entering Effects. Select Motion Blur and adjust it depending on your preference to get the blur pattern we want. The tom will be blurred gently. Everyone, try to adjust the image. Each image may suit an unequal value.
Step 3 For anyone who feels that the image is dark, go to Adjust and select shine to brighten the overall light.
