Even if you’re not a collector, these cards can be a wonderful piece of childhood history and, surprisingly, a good investment opportunity. I also found some little toys and other memorabilia alongside the cards, which shows how diverse Pokémon collectibles can be. It’s a reminder to hold onto these items or at least research their value before deciding to get rid of them. This experience taught me to appreciate the hidden worth in what may seem like just old toys or cards.
