The Mechanics of Metaphysical Energetics | Kevin Dewayne Hughes, Theologian

The study of celestial and infernal entities requires an understanding of energy dynamics and thermal transfer. Fallen entities are fundamentally disconnected from the primary Source of all life and light. Because they lack the ability to generate their own energy, they function as energetic vacuums in the physical world.

To manifest or interact with our three dimensional space, these entities must siphon thermal and electromagnetic energy from their immediate environment.

The study of metaphysical interactions reveals a fascinating overlap between ancient theology and modern energetic principles. When entities manifest within our physical reality, they must interact with the laws of thermodynamics and electromagnetism to establish a presence. These interactions are not merely spiritual but can be observed through the depletion of environmental resources, categorizing these beings as either radiant contributors or parasitic siphons of natural forces.

Thermal siphoning occurs because fallen entities are fundamentally disconnected from the primary Source of energy, turning them into energetic vacuums. To manifest in our three dimensional space, they must rapidly absorb kinetic heat from the air to gain the energy concentration required for interaction. This process results in the sharp temperature drops often called cold spots, as the entity pulls thermal energy inward to sustain itself. This thermal drain is a physical byproduct of an entity that lacks its own ability to generate energy and must rely on environmental theft.

Electromagnetic siphoning extends this parasitic behavior to the electrical systems of the host environment and the human body. These entities often act as a biological power supply drain, hijacking the bio-electrical currents within a human host or disrupting local electronic devices to fuel their presence. By tapping into these electromagnetic fields, a silent passenger can remain anchored in the physical realm for decades. This stealthy existence allows them to avoid the withering effects of disconnection by constantly sipping on the host's vital electrical and life force energy. 3

The interaction between spritual entities and the environment often involves the direct manipulation of photons. Light siphoning occurs as another process to absorb ambeint energy. In these instances, the entity functions as a literal black hole for ambient light, pulling the luminosity from the surrounding area to fuel its own appearance. Witnesses often describe the room turning gray or the edges of their vision darkening, which is the result of the entity consuming the available light energy to stabilize its form in our dimension.

These abovr explains the sudden drops in temperature or cold spots frequently reported during and the dimming of ambient light or brown outs during paranormal encounters. These entities are not creating cold, but rather they are consuming the available kinetic energy and thermal heat to sustain their temporary presence in our realm.

Conversely, angelic beings operate as conduits rather than vacuums. Because they remain connected to the Source, they function as an overflow of energy. When an angelic presence manifests, it is often accompanied by a sensation of warmth or a visible radiance. They do not need to drain the surrounding environment to appear because they are constantly being recharged by the divine stream of power. This distinction between siphoning and radiance serves as a primary diagnostic tool for discerning the nature of a metaphysical encounter. One brings depletion, while the other brings a sense of energetic abundance and restoration to the physical space.

Possession can thus be understood as a parasitic biological hijacking. An entity without a physical form may seek out a living battery, which is the human body, to anchor itself in the material world. By occupying a host, the entity gains access to a steady biological power supply. This allows it to bypass the difficulty of siphoning energy from the open air. While some entities use this power for dramatic or malicious displays, others engage in a stealth existence. These silent passengers may hide within a host for decades, quietly sipping on the individual’s life force just to avoid the agonizing withering that comes from being alone and disconnected from the Source.

NOTE: Most demons possess to siphon bioenergy and to experience the physical sensation that require a physical body to enjoy. Very few possess to physically act out malice.

Philosophy Corner:

The existence of siphoning entities highlights a universe defined by the law of entropy for those who choose isolation. It suggests that true autonomy from the Source is an illusion that leads to a predatory state of being. Philosophically, we see that without a connection to the infinite, an entity is forced to become a consumer of others to maintain its own identity and presence. This is spiritual death as true life is immortality through constant divine energy from the Creator.

Psychology Corner:

The concept of the silent passenger mirrors certain psychological traumas and repressed shadow elements that drain a person of vitality without ever being fully identified. Just as an entity may hide to avoid the void, psychological parasites like chronic bitterness or unaddressed fear can dwell within the subconscious, siphoning joy and energy for a lifetime while the individual remains unaware of the drain.

NOTE: There is a marked difference between mental disorder and demonic possession.

Warrior Ethos:

A warrior must recognize that not every enemy is visible or physical. Understanding the nature of energetic siphoning allows the warrior to maintain their spiritual and emotional perimeter. By staying connected to a higher purpose and internal strength, the warrior ensures they do not become a biological battery for negative influences, maintaining their heat and resolve even in the presence of coldness.

Spiritual Ethos:

From a Christian perspective, this energy dynamic confirms the necessity of abiding in the Vine. Christ is the Source, and without Him, there is only spiritual dryness and the eventual withering of the soul. Consecrated spirits reflect the glory of God through radiance, while fallen spirits must steal what they refused to receive as a gift. The believer is called to be a vessel of light that warms a cold world through the power of the Holy Spirit.

NOTE: The more sinful a person the easier it is for a demon to attach.

NOTE: Demons congregate where there is idolatry.
