Steal this color palette for your digital notes ✏️

Add these colors to your pens and highlighters in an app like GoodNotes. These are perfectttttt for note-taking and even digital planning! 👌🏼 My go-to colors for nearly everything. Of course, you can use them for any project you have coming up too!

... Read moreSo, you've grabbed my favorite digital pen color palette, but how do you truly make the most of it? From my own experience, simply having pretty colors isn't enough; it's about using them strategically to transform your notes from messy to magnificent! I'm constantly asked about my aesthetic notes color palette and how I keep things so organized, especially in apps like GoodNotes. First things first, adding these hexadecimal codes to your digital note-taking app is super easy. In GoodNotes, for example, just tap the pen or highlighter tool, then the color selector, and hit 'Custom' to input the codes. I love having 16 distinct color swatches ready to go, ranging from soft pinks and purples to calming blues, greens, oranges, and yellows. This variety is key for creating a truly versatile color scheme for notes. Now, let's talk about using them. For note taking color palette success, I assign specific roles to my colors. My go-to strategy usually involves: Main Headings/Titles: A bold, eye-catching color like a deep blue or vibrant green. Key Concepts/Definitions: A slightly different but still prominent color, maybe a bright pink or orange. Supporting Details/Examples: A neutral or softer shade, like a light grey or pastel yellow, to keep the page from looking too busy. Highlighters: I use my pastel shades for highlighting! A light blue for general highlights, a pastel pink for things I need to review immediately, and a soft yellow for dates or names. This helps me find information at a glance. One of the best colors for note taking is actually a combination of a few. I've found that pairing a vibrant primary color with two complementary pastels really makes your notes pop without being overwhelming. This also helps in avoiding eyestrain – a common issue with overly bright or clashing colors. Try experimenting with different color combinations for notes to see what works best for your personal learning style. Whether you're using GoodNotes, Notability, or another app, having a dedicated goodnotes pen color palette means you're always prepared. I even use these exact color combos for notes when I'm digital planning. It makes my planner pages look cohesive and, honestly, more fun to look at! Don't be afraid to experiment with the pastel rainbow color palette idea too – using a gradient of these shades can make flowcharts and diagrams incredibly clear. Remember, the goal is to make your study or planning sessions more efficient and enjoyable. A well-chosen digital notes color palette isn't just about aesthetics; it's a powerful tool for visual learning and retention. So, go ahead, personalize your digital workspace with these colors and see how much more engaging your notes can become!
