It also helped me resist impulse purchases thanks to the 24-hour pause rule: if I wanted something non-essential, I gave myself a day to reflect before buying. This curbed unnecessary spending significantly. Scheduling a weekly money check-in, even if just 10 minutes, kept me accountable and aware of my progress. Doing it on the same day each week turned it into a routine rather than a chore. These small consistent steps truly transformed my financial mindset from stress to confidence.
