Just thought I’d share how I make my arroz because it comes out FIRE every time 😄

Keep in mind I don’t measure anything! But practice makes perfect & if you get it too salty or mushy the 1st time don’t give up ❤️

Keep an eye on the cooking time; typically, 18-20 minutes of simmering will render perfect arroz. If you find it mushy, you might have overcooked it or added too much water. Remember, practice makes perfect. Don't hesitate to adjust your techniques as you learn, and soon you'll be preparing arroz that's not just good, but fire!
