หลายครั้งที่เราทำบุญด้วยใจจริง แต่ชีวิตกลับยังไม่เห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือบางทีกลับรู้สึกเหนื่อยหนักขึ้น แท้จริงแล้วสิ่งนี้สะท้อนถึงแรงกดดันจากกรรมเก่าที่ยังคงส่งผลต่อชีวิตเรามากกว่าที่คิด จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว พบว่าการทำบุญต้องสอดคล้องกับปัญหาที่เจอในชีวิต เช่น ถ้าปัญหาคือเรื่องการเงิน การช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ด้วยอาหารหรือบริจาคค่ายารักษาโรค จะช่วยหนุนส่งให้พลังบุญเข้าถึงใจและแก้เคล็ดเรื่องการเงินได้ดียิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การขอขมาพ่อแม่หรือผู้มีพระคุณนั้นเหมือนเป็นการปลดล็อกพลังบุญที่จะช่วยเปิดทางชีวิต และการอโหสิกรรมคนที่ทำร้ายเราก็เป็นการปลดปล่อยจิตใจให้อิสระ ไม่ต้องแบกภาระกรรมเดิมอีกต่อไป สิ่งที่สำคัญมากคือการหลีกเลี่ยงการสร้างกรรมใหม่ เช่น การใช้คำพูดแรง ๆ หรือมีอารมณ์ฉุนเฉียวบ่อย ๆ เพราะแม้เราจะทำบุญ แต่พฤติกรรมนี้จะกดทับผลบุญที่สร้างไว้และทำให้ชีวิตไม่ก้าวหน้า เคยมีช่วงหนึ่งที่ดิฉันทำบุญทุกวัน ไหว้พระสวดมนต์ทุกเช้า แต่กลับเจอเรื่องราวยากลำบากเข้ามาตลอด แต่เมื่อเริ่มเปลี่ยนแนวทาง คือโฟกัสทำบุญตามปัญหาและปรับพฤติกรรมตัวเอง ชีวิตก็เริ่มดีขึ้นทีละน้อย ช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากก็เหมือนช่วงทดสอบเพื่อให้เราเติบโตและได้เคลียร์กรรมเก่า ดังนั้น ถ้าคุณรู้สึกว่าทำบุญแล้วชีวิตยังหนัก อย่าหยุดใจและอย่าท้อ สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์และพลังบุญยังคงหนุนนำ ขอให้เชื่อมั่นในกระบวนการและพยายามเปิดใจให้รับพลังบวก ส่วนทางออกจะค่อย ๆ ปรากฏขึ้นเองเมื่อถึงเวลาที่เหมาะสม
