I’ve put together a 7-day morning wellness drink plan, packed with ingredients designed to tackle different health goals each day. It’s been incredible to see how simple, fresh ingredients can make such a difference! Monday: Burn Stubborn Fat My week kicks off with a delicious blend of pineapple, strawberries, and mangoes. I love this one because pineapple contains bromelain, an enzyme that aids digestion and metabolism, which is fantastic for fat burning.
