Then, I start with a layer of cilantro-lime rice – it's non-negotiable for that classic Chipotle vibe. Next up, pinto beans, because they add a creamy texture and extra protein. When it comes to protein, I usually go for barbacoa or steak; the savory, tender meat really makes a difference. Seriously, don't skimp on this! Now for the fun part: the toppings! I always add a generous scoop of corn salsa for a sweet crunch, and sometimes a dab of sour cream or crema for richness. Guacamole is a must-have – even if it's extra, it's worth it!
