Absolutely awful experience. I hired this “cleaning service” for a deep clean while I’m six months pregnant and unable to do heavy cleaning myself. I had emptied out my RV completely beforehand and even did a basic clean myself so they could focus on the deep clean—that’s the only reason they were hired. They charged me full price but didn’t do a deep clean or even a proper basic clean. I have pictures showing just how bad of a job was done—dust, grime, and dirt everywhere. It was clear they didn’t put in any real work. When I reached out to ask about it, instead of addressing the problem, they blocked me. That’s how they treat a single pregnant woman who trusted them with her money and her home. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s predatory. Taking advantage of someone in my situation shows zero integrity or care for their clients. Stay far away from this so-called cleaning service. They will take your money and run.
