We adopted Missy May back in December!🐾🩷
We had a bunch of thing donated to Missy May, but as the weather gets nicer here in Nebraska I’ve noticed we needed some upgrades to Missy Mays everyday essentials!
I got her a new harness! She had a slim harness, and didn’t like to pull on the harness much. Living in apartment buildings we run across a lot of unfriendly dogs to stay away from. This new harness hugs her all around, and even has a tug loop!
My only down side to the harness is that it’s over the head. Our old one was put on my the front paws, and she’s not quite used to the over the head harness’s.
I bought her a size medium and she is 47.8-50 pounds. We love it so far. Has many different colors and sizes small to extra large. And it has two spots for patches, for in training use, do not touch, or any other patches!
For her new leash! We were using a rope leash, which works great for walks just to go potty. But when we go on walks around the lake, she’s a very curious dog so a 16 foot retractable leash will give her more to go explore some more!
My only con is the button does seem to stick a little bit, but could also be user error😂 I love it, and for the price I can’t complain! Comes in 4 colors, small to large. I bought a large, even though we could have gone with a medium. I wanted to little bit more strength as it’s for dogs 110lbs.
