Cauli-fornia Sushi Bowl

CAULI-FORNIA SUSHI BOWL 🍣🌊

Ingredients:

7oz cooked Crab, chopped or shredded

1 cup cooked & chilled riced Cauliflower

½ cup English Cucumber, chopped

¾ oz Avocado

1 ½ tbsp Light Mayonnaise

1 tsp Sriracha

½ tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

2 oz Nori (dried seaweed) Sheets

½ tbsp Nori Fume Furikake Rice Seasoning

Serves 1

Directions:

1️⃣ Microwave frozen cauliflower according to instructions then once chilled, add to a bowl.

2️⃣ Top with sliced avocado, chopped/shredded crab meat, and chopped cucumber.

3️⃣ Mix the light mayonnaise and sriracha together (thinned to desired consistency with a little water).

4️⃣ Drizzle bowl ingredients with spicy mayonnaise, low sodium soy sauce, Nori sheets and Nori Fume Furikake Rice Seasoning. ENJOY 😉
