WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 lbs potatoes, diced & washed

• Olive oil drizzle

• 2 packs onion soup mix

• S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

• Thin chicken breasts

• Italian Panko + garlic powder, onion powder, S&P

• ¾ lb Black Forest ham (chipped/shredded)

• Sliced Swiss cheese 🧀

• For Dijon Swiss sauce:

2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 block Swiss (shredded), 3–4 tbsp Dijon, S&P

HOW TO:

🥔 Toss potatoes w/ oil, onion soup mix + spices. Bake 385° for 45–60 mins til fork tender.

🍗 Press chicken firmly into seasoned Panko (no egg/milk/flour needed). Bake 385° for 30–45 mins (depends on thickness).

🔥 Warm ham in pan (optional).

🧀 Once chicken’s done, top w/ ham + Swiss. Back in oven til melty.

🥣 Sauce: make a roux (butter + flour), whisk in milk, Dijon, S&P, then stir in shredded Swiss til creamy.
