🧈🥓 Sausage Biscuits & Gravy Casserole 🥓🧈
Ingredients:
• 1 lb breakfast sausage (Bob Evans Savory Sage 🙌)
• 1 can biscuits, cut into 4 pieces each
• 6 tbsp butter
• 6–7 tbsp flour
• ~5 cups milk
• Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Brown your sausage in a large skillet 🍳
2️⃣ Add the butter right into the sausage
3️⃣ Sprinkle in the flour and cook it down for a few minutes
4️⃣ Add milk 1 cup at a time, whisking in between 🥛
5️⃣ Let the gravy thicken to your liking
6️⃣ Pour gravy into a greased casserole dish
7️⃣ Place the cut biscuits on top 🥐
8️⃣ Bake at 375° for 20–25 minutes
9️⃣ Let it sit 10 minutes before serving 😮💨
