Working Parent Placement

I'm having conversations with organizations struggling to find top talent. At the same time, I'm having discussions with working parents who are over-capacity or struggling between work and home life demands. Many choosing to leave the workforce.

I can honestly say in this season in my working mom life, as a top talent, I couldn't work at most places. I have three kids 10 and under with no daycare available. The struggle is real. Can I still work? Yup! It just looks different than traditional ways of working. Deliver amazing results...both for home and work (did you see the order I put those in).

If you are a working parent looking for flexibility, remote work or reduced schedule, please contact me via website, link in bio. I have several clients open to exploring candidates with certain skillsets hard to find and moving into modern day ways of working. You might be a good match!

The ways of working are changing, are you leading the change or reacting to it.

From personal experience, I know how overwhelming it can be to juggle job responsibilities with the needs of kids aged 10 and under. Traditional full-time, on-site roles often don’t provide the level of flexibility parents need to thrive both professionally and personally. Thankfully, many forward-thinking organizations are embracing new ways of working that prioritize flexibility, including remote work, reduced hours, and customized schedules. This shift not only helps working parents maintain their careers but also unlocks access to top talent who might otherwise leave the workforce due to rigid job structures. For working parents seeking opportunities, it's important to communicate your unique skills and the kinds of flexible arrangements that help you perform at your best. Whether it’s remote collaboration tools, asynchronous work hours, or project-based roles, there are options that cater to varied family demands. On the employer side, creating roles that accommodate parenting responsibilities leads to a more engaged and productive workforce. It also improves talent retention at a time when over-capacity and burnout are significant issues. If you’re navigating this landscape, explore resources such as work redesign strategies and connecting with recruiters open to flexible work arrangements. Ultimately, the future of work hinges on how well both employees and employers can adapt to changing expectations around flexibility and work-life integration. Embracing this change proactively is key to building a career that supports your family and your personal growth.
