Educational toddler toys
This shape sorter I picked up at Target has been one of the best development toys I’ve bought for my toddler.
It’s simple, colorful, and made of wood—which I love because it’s durable and safe. Beyond just being fun, it’s so good for their development. My toddler practices fine motor skills every time they try to match a shape and push it through the right slot.
It also helps with hand-eye coordination, shape and color recognition, and even early problem-solving skills. I’ve noticed how focused and determined they become while playing with it, and I love that it keeps them engaged without needing screens or batteries.
The rotating base adds a fun challenge, too, encouraging them to think and rotate it to find the correct opening. For under $15, it’s such a worthwhile toy that grows with your child. If you're looking for something educational and fun, this little shape sorter is definitely worth grabbing!
