75 Semi-Hard Update & Daily Routine
This update is a few days late but I hit my 20 day mark on 5/12. I can’t believe I made it 20 days already! 🤗
The routine aspect has already been setting in and it’s almost second nature now to get my water drank and my steps stepped. I did start implementing a little bit of intermittent fasting which I have never done before. This is my daily schedule:
5:05 - 5:15am: wake up & get ready for the gym
5:40 - 6:50am: workout 🏋🏼♀️ (usually weight lifting 2 upper days, 2 lower & the off days are treadmill walking) ~ finish around 24oz of water 💧
7:00 - 8:15am: Get ready for work & drink greens
8:30am: Arrive at work
9:30 - 10:00am: Eat breakfast - 2 egg white bites with a Greek yogurt & fruit (no coffee till after breakfast!!)
12:00pm - 1:00pm ~ Finish 32oz of water 💧
12:45 - 1:00pm: Eat lunch: meal prep for the week
3:00pm: small snack: either veggies & hummus or a protein bar
5:00pm: Finish 32oz of water 💧 - Done with work
5:30pm: Start cooking dinner & fill 40oz cup
6:30pm: Eat dinner
7:30pm: After dinner walk (20-45mins) - listen to audio book or podcast 🎧
8-ish pm: Wind down & read & finish 40oz water 💧
9pm-9:30pm: Duolingo French lesson, get ready for bed
10pm: Lights out 😴
Some days it is a challenge to hit everything perfectly but life isn’t perfect. I try to give myself grace if I have plans and can’t follow my meals as planned or hit all my water goals. I do hit my goals 95% of the time as if I do miss a goal I reel myself in and get focused.
Have you tried this challenge? What were your outcomes?
