Mom brain

6/28 Edited to

... Read moreAs a mom, I can definitely relate to the phenomenon known as "mom brain" — those moments of forgetfulness, mental fog, and general tiredness that seem to come out of nowhere. Spending a morning at the beach has been my secret to combating these feelings and recharging both mind and body. The calming sound of waves and the fresh air provide a perfect backdrop for a bit of self-care amidst a busy mom schedule. In my experience, embracing these tiredmomma moments rather than fighting them helps reduce stress. Adding routines like mindful breathing or a quick walk along the shore can reset your mental focus. And yes, it’s totally fine to wear the #beachbabe look while juggling kid chaos! Whether it's chasing after little ones or stealing quiet moments with a cup of coffee, the beach setting enhances the sense of balance and joy. Remember, mom brain is natural and temporary. Finding time outdoors or near water can help improve mood and cognition. Incorporating these small lifestyle tweaks into daily routines offers lasting benefits. Sharing experiences like these builds community and reminds us all that motherhood, while challenging, comes with its own beautiful rhythm.
