I made these for my grandma on her birthday today🎂
here's how you make it
1 box of jumbo shells 💛
1 bag of raw broccoli 🥦
1 rotisserie chicken 🍗
1 32oz heavy whipping cream 🤍
1 8oz block of Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 1lb block of mozzarella cheese 🧀
First thing you do is cut up and wash your broccoli, and shred your mozzarella and place to the side.😊 You then will boil your jumbo shells according to box instructions and while those boil shred up your rotisserie chicken.🍗💛 After you rotisserie chicken is shredded put to the side and start your sauce in a saucepan.🧀🤍 your gonna pour in your heavy whipping cream and season and (whatever you like I used garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, Dan os, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, minced garlic in olive oil and parsley ) boil and stir till it thickens on a low/medium heat.🤍 as that cooks drain your shells and set aside to cool.💛 now you need to shred your Parmesan cheese and put some in the heavy whipping cream till it creates a nice sauce.🤍💛🧀 (do not put to much cheese and move fast after this or it will get oily) after use half of the sauce and pour it in a bowl with broccoli chicken and half the mozzarella.🧀🤍 mix that up and use that to fill your shells and place in a oven safe pan.🤍💛 (if shells are hot use a little cold water to cool them down) after your shells are filled and paned preheat oven to 450 and pour remaining sauce on the shells and cover with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.🧀 next cover with tin foil and bake for 50min covered and 15min uncovered I served with salad and garlic bread and fed 6 people.🤤
enjoy! ☺️🩵
