First thing you do is seer your meat put a little oil in a skillet and don't cook but just brown add a little crust on each side of the meat and throw in your crockpot. Next you're gonna cut up your onion dice large pieces, potatoes dice large pieces and carrots just cut baby carrots in half and add them in the crockpot. Now we add our seasoning about 1-2 tablespoons each I wing it but I estimate that's about what I use.I added onion powder, garlic powder, oragano, Italian seasoning, basil, parsley, cayenne pepper, chili powder, peperika, cumin,4 bay leaves, and 1 chicken bullion cube. Now on to our seasoning packets! we ain't done yet! 🤣 you need a packet of kinders Sunday pot roast, a ranch packet seasoning (only use half) and a onion soup mix/dip packet put all that in there. Then add some pepperchinis 4 and about 2-3 tablespoons of pepperchini juice. Last but not least fill with beef broth make sure everything is covered and cook on high for 6 hours and then on low for 2 hours and ENJOY! ☺️

... Read moreWhen it comes to crockpot beef pot roast, the key is to select the right cut of meat. A beef chuck roast is ideal due to its marbling, which results in a tender and flavorful dish after slow cooking. Start by searing the meat to create a beautiful crust, enhancing the overall taste. Adding vegetables like potatoes, carrots, and onions not only contributes flavor but also boosts the nutritional value of your dish. Seasoning plays a crucial role in crafting the perfect pot roast, and using a combination of packets such as ranch seasoning and onion soup mix can save time and add depth. Don't forget to include pepperchinis for a hint of tang that balances the richness of the broth. Cooking on high for the initial hours allows the meat to tenderize quicker, but switch to low to ensure all the flavors meld beautifully as it simmers. Serve your pot roast with crusty bread or over mashed potatoes, making it a comforting staple for busy weeknights or special gatherings. Enjoy your culinary adventure with this timeless recipe!
