Cowboy caviar recipe 🫶🥰
This cowboys caviar is so good and one of my favorite recipes here’s how you make it☺️
First we’re gonna do the caviar then the dressing
Caviar
1 red onion 🧅
1 green bell pepper 🫑
1 red bell pepper 🫑
1 yellow bell pepper 🫑
1 orange bell pepper 🫑
1 jalapeño 🌶️
1 can of black beans rinsed 🫘
1 can of black eye peas rinsed 🫘
1 can of corn rinsed 🌽
1 avocado 🥑
3 Roma tomatoes 🍅
4 limes 🍋🟩
You’re gonna dice the onion, dice the bell peppers,dice the jalapeño and place in a bowl. Next take a strainer and put a can of corn ,black beans ,and black eye peas in it and rinse them off and put in bowl. Dice the tomatoes and avocado if u like and put that in bowl as well. Now slice 3 limes in half then in half again and squeeze the lime juice in the bowls. 💚
Dressing
1 cup of olive oil 🫒
1 lime squeezed 🍋🟩
2 tablespoons chili powder 🌶️
2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper🌶️
1 tablespoon of cumin 🧂
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar 🍷
1 tablespoon of garlic powder 🧂
1 tablespoon onion powder 🧂
1 tablespoon salt 🧂
1 tablespoon pepper 🧂
2 tablespoons honey 🍯
Mix all of it together then mix in the bowl and pair with tortilla chips and ENJOY! ☺️
