Feta pasta 🫶
If you never hopped on the trend you are missing out here’s how you make feta pasta! 🍝
First you need….
1 large feta block 🧀
1 large pack of cherry tomatoes 🍅
Olive oil 🍶
Minced garlic 🧄
Italian seasoning 🧂
And your favorite pasta I use rotini 🍝
Once you get all that together preheat your oven to 400F.🙂Next in a baking dish put your block of feta cheese in the middle then put your cherry tomatoes around the block.🧀Next add minced garlic to taste and Italian seasoning and olive oil and mix your tomato’s a bit to make sure they are covered.🍅🧄Also add oil and seasoning to the top of your feta block. 🧂🍶Now you’re gonna bake for 40-60 min until the block is slightly golden brown and the tomatoes are soft. 😍Once soft remove from oven and let cool a bit (so if the tomato juice pops on you it doesn’t burn you) while you cook your pasta. 🍝Once your pasta is cooked mix your feta block and tomato’s pop any whole ones and mix with your noodles and ENJOY! ❤️

Feta pasta is my go-to comfort food! This looks so simple yet satisfying. I usually add some fresh basil at the end. 40-60 minutes in the oven seems a bit long, though.
