My food for thought for the day. Clearly feeling emo and I think you should always protect your peace but sometimes I fear we give up on people to easily.

Sometimes, we face moments where it feels easier to step away to protect ourselves, especially when hurt or disappointment occurs. However, it’s worth reflecting on whether these distances are truly necessary or if they could further isolate us emotionally. Many people go through phases where their actions might seem distant or uncaring, yet these moments can be temporary and tied to their own struggles. In my personal journey, I’ve found that communication and patience often play vital roles. Reaching out with genuine curiosity rather than judgment can open doors to healing and understanding. One reason we might give up too quickly is that we expect others to always meet our needs without considering their vulnerabilities.
