My husband ate the ENTIRE pan in one night 😳🍓
Okay so this was my first time ever making these strawberry sweet rolls, and I did NOT expect them to disappear this fast 😅 I made a fresh batch thinking we’d have them for a couple days, and my husband literally ate the entire pan the same night! 🤣
So if that doesn’t tell you how good these are, I don’t know what will 🍓🥐
To make the rolls⬇️
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 jar strawberry jam
2 tbsp melted butter
To make the icing/glaze⬇️
2 oz cream cheese room temperature
1 tablespoon butter room temperature
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp strawberry jam
Instructions:
Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet and pinch the seams on the dough together to form one sheet. Brush the dough with melted butter and spread the strawberry jam. Make sure there’s about 1 inch left uncovered on all sides so the jam doesn’t get super messy!
Roll up the dough and cut into 5-6 individual rolls (my pan only had room for 4 at a time). Place in a baking dish and bake for 18-22 minutes at 350 degrees.
Once the rolls are finished baking, prepare the icing/glaze to put on top. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and butter until well blended. Then add the remaining ingredients and beat together until you get a nice, thick glaze. Drizzle on top of the rolls and enjoy!! 🥰
