検索で「3.1次元」や「画像が切り替わる瞬間に止めて」みたいなワードを見かけると、“一瞬だけ不思議に見える映像”を作りたい人が多いんだなと感じます。私も最初は「3.1次元って何？」「切り替えの瞬間を止めるってどうやるの？」状態でしたが、結局コツは“見せたい瞬間を先に決めて、そこに向けて動きを設計する”ことでした。 まず「スマホからフィルムが流れ出す」系のフックは、視線誘導が命です。Start frame用の画像は、スマホ画面がしっかり見える角度よりも「スマホの端が見えていて、そこから何かが出てきそう」な構図の方が成功しやすいです。背景はゴチャつくとフィルムが埋もれるので、部屋をシンプルにするか、浅い被写界深度（shallow depth of field）を入れて背景をボカすのが安定でした。 次に「画像が切り替わる瞬間に止めて」系の見せ方。これは編集側で作り込みやすくて、生成した動画の“いちばん気持ちいい1フレーム”をサムネや途中の静止に使います。やり方は簡単で、生成後の動画をタイムラインに置いて、切り替え直前のフレームで一時停止（フリーズ）を入れるだけ。0.2〜0.5秒止めると「ん？今の何？」が生まれて、スクロール停止につながりやすかったです。止めた後に効果音（カシャッ、ポン）を入れるとさらに伝わります。 「imagen」という検索もよく出ますが、これは“元画像（スタートフレーム）をどう用意するか”で詰まりがちだからだと思います。自分の写真がない場合は、AIで「スマホを見ている人物」を作るのが早いです。その際は、プロンプトに「phone in hand」「close to camera」「empty space near the phone edge」みたいに“フィルムが出る余白”を指定しておくと、後工程がラクでした。 最後に、クリックされやすい仕上げの小技を3つだけ。 1) 縦向き（9:16）で生成・編集する（SNS流入前提なら特に） 2) 冒頭1秒はカメラをゆっくり動かして“本物っぽさ”を足す（smooth camera motion） 3) フィルムの光が壁や床に反射する描写を入れる（reflections / realistic lighting） このあたりを押さえると、「海外っぽい」「3.1次元っぽく見える」不思議な奥行きが出やすくなりました。プロンプトは完コピより、服装（hoodie/beanie）や人物（man/woman/creator）だけ自分に合わせて微調整するのがいちばん手堅いです。
