「茅ヶ崎 中華」で迷ったとき、私が“また来ちゃった”となるのが中華大新 茅ヶ崎店。いわゆる「今日はもうここでいいか」じゃなくて、「今日はここがいい」って指名したくなる系の町中華でした。 初めての人にいちばん推したいのは、やっぱり名物の“大新ラーメン”。甘辛いひき肉餡が細麺にガッツリ絡みついて、食べ進めてもスープがぬるくなりにくいのが印象的でした。最後まで熱々で、気づくとレンゲが止まらない…。この「ハマると抜け出せない」感じが、中毒性の正体なんだと思います。 合わせて頼むなら「特製餃子」も鉄板。ニラ不使用のしそ餃子なので、香りは爽やかで 後味が軽め。皮はパリッとしていて、重たくないから何個でもいけそうでした。仕事終わりや人と会う前でも頼みやすいのが個人的にうれしいポイント。 「大新 茅ヶ崎」で検索して夜に行きたい人にも便利で、営業時間が11:00〜1:00と遅めまで開いているのがありがたいです。さらに駐車場ありなので、車で動く日にも選びやすい。茅ヶ崎周辺って、遅い時間にしっかり食べられるお店が限られるので、こういう王道の町中華は覚えておくと助かります。 行く前のコツとしては、週末や食事どきは店内がにぎわいやすいので、時間に余裕を持って行くのがおすすめ。私は「今日はラーメン気分！」の日に大新ラーメン、「軽くつまみたい」日は特製しそ餃子もセット、みたいに使い分けています。 茅ヶ崎の中華で安定の一軒を探しているなら、中華大新 茅ヶ崎店はかなり頼れる存在。まずは大新ラーメン＋特製餃子の王道セット、ぜひ試してみてください。
