Diary Entry 📒

I've been sick since Monday. I caught a cold out of nowhere. If you live in NYC, then you know the NYC weather will catch you no matter how much you bundle up. Dress accordingly, and take your vitamins the whole 9 yards, but somehow, NYC weather manges to still catch you slipping.

I hate being sick because for 1 not fun. For 2 it's annoying I feel sluggish & tired all the time. 3 I can't be around my baby to much because I don't wunna get her sick. And 4 is the best one, I get to call off work & recover 😊 but still 😒 this shit is not it.

Here are some tips: 1. **Dress in Layers**: NYC weather can be unpredictable. Always dress in layers to be ready for sudden changes in temperature. 2. **Stay Hydrated**: Drink plenty of fluids, particularly water, herbal teas, and broths, which can help ease cold symptoms. 3. **Rest and Recover**: Your body needs time to heal.
