My Trip to the Dollar Tree Supercenter pt 1
After I got done with Taco Tuesday, I went to the Tanger Outlet and followed a lead I had about another Dollar Tree in Sevierville. I only have enough space to show a tiny portion of the store in this installment of my story of living In Sevier County, TN. I did not find many of the items that others have said to look for at Dollar Tree, but I did find plenty of stuff!
The craft section is VERY impressive!!! The food section was huge!!!
I’ll take a minute here to tell you some of the stuff I bought, but didn’t take pics of. By telling you this, I’m getting really personal and telling one of Sevier County’s dirty little secrets. Although the police and city and county governments try to hide them, we have a large homeless population. I say I am getting personal not because I or anyone in my family is homeless. God put the homeless on my heart several years ago. I happened to come into some money ($50) to spend on a cause. It’s extremely hot and humid in East TN right now!
Two men asked me yesterday if I had razors for them. I did not yesterday, but thanks to Dollar Tree I do now. This store has a hygiene section on steroids compared to their other stores in the area! I only tell this to inspire similar action in others because the Bible says not to let your right hand know what your left hand is doing. Please consider making a food or hygiene bag for the homeless in your area or where you go on vacation. Dollar Tree is an excellent place to find deals on this kind of thing.
