My SmartER Lunch Choices when I am in a Hurry
Notice I said smartER, not smartEST lunch choices. This Lean Cuisine pizza is smarter than fast food, a larger pizza, or another brand of pizza. At least this gives me some protein.
I barely drank a small 7.5 oz Coke for 6 weeks when I was on Dr. Will Cole’s 8 week elimination diet for inflammation from his book “The Inflammation Spectrum .” I have written more about this in other posts.
Did I have a great, super healthy lunch? No. Did I make some smart choices? I like to think so.
Now I am off to physical therapy to exercise, get dry needled, and a quick massage of my tight neck.
