Chocolate, Mustard, Ketchup, and Xtra Stinky Pits
This is my storytime because I spend a lot time doing the laundry since it is relatively easy for me compared to other household chores.
These are my go to for laundry tools, especially in the summer when it’s hot outside & pits get stinky.
I have been considering my tshirts that are wet from sweat as just examples of my body detox. But no matter what I call it, I cannot take the stink!
So if the laundry detergent I posted earlier doesn’t cut it for stinky clothes, or if you had too much fun at the 4th of July party and my post makes you remember the baked beans on your favorite new shirt that you haven’t washed yet- I gotcha covered!
The first picture is what you need to buy in addition to the detergent I posted before. I got a spray bottle at Walmart a few years ago when I was making these discoveries. I pour the contents of the white bottle into the spray bottle.
For example, my mom got chocolate all over a new white blouse last week. She sprayed it a little with the spray bottle I put the white bottle with the pink lid in. When I found it, I sprayed and again & put in a load of clothes that we wash on cold.
Because I wash most things besides towels & underwear on cold, I also use Lysol Laundry Sanitizer.
After the load is done, we hang the clothes to dry outside on a clothesline on the back porch or inside on the rail above the bathtub.
When that particular load was done, we couldn’t even tell where the nasty stain had ever been!
