During my recent trip to Shenzhen with my 9-year-old son, staying at the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel truly enhanced our travel experience. Located right above the metro station and near the iconic Shenzhen Eye, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. This proximity allowed us to explore popular sites like Huaqiangbei electronics market, Lian Hua Shan Park, and the Shenzhen Science Museum with minimal hassle. The family-friendly amenities at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian were thoughtfully designed. Our panoramic family suite had an extra-large double bed with a charming Egyptian theme that delighted my son, along with a little teepee and a Lego play table, providing a playful space that helped him feel at home. Spacious rooms and kid-focused details made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. Food lovers will appreciate the Cantonese specialties served at the hotel’s restaurants. We enjoyed dim sum, fresh daily sashimi and sushi, and a wide variety of Chinese dishes, including options from a grill station. Breakfast in the Executive Lounge was a highlight with panoramic city views that provided a beautiful start to our days. For relaxation and fitness, the hotel offered both a large outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool, alongside a massive gym—perfect for winding down after exploring the bustling city. The hotel truly balances comfort, convenience, and entertainment, making it an excellent choice for families traveling solo or together. Overall, Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel is a perfect base not only for visiting Shenzhen but also as a quick stop when traveling from Hong Kong, being just two metro stops away. It made our trip easier, more enjoyable, and filled with special moments. Highly recommend it for anyone planning a family-friendly visit to Shenzhen!
