Breakfast for my Toddler

Breakfast ideas:

I’ve been making banana pancakes for my daughter since she’s been about four months old.

Recipe:

1 Mashed Banana

1 Egg

Pinch of Vanilla

Pinch of Cinnamon

And mix everything up..

So yummy 😋.. Also you can add syrup on top or not.. And chocolate chips. But I like to cut down on adding the sweets for breakfast.

Nutritional experts often recommend incorporating fruits and whole grains into morning meals. The banana pancakes are an excellent option because they combine the natural sweetness of bananas with protein from eggs. In addition to bananas, consider alternative ingredients like oats or whole wheat flour to increase fiber content. Fiber aids digestion and keeps little ones feeling full longer, which is important for their busy mornings. For further variation, try adding mashed sweet potatoes or pumpkin puree to the pancake mix. These options not only add flavor but also provide essential vitamins, making breakfast both tasty and nourishing. Incorporating a variety of fruits like blueberries or strawberries can also enhance the visual appeal and nutritional value. For any dips or toppings, opt for yogurt or nut butter to keep it healthy while allowing room for creativity. Remember, making breakfast fun and visually stimulating can encourage your toddler to try new foods and develop healthy eating habits early on.
