This week, I aimed for a different injection site on my leg to assess if it could positively impact my weight loss. Maintaining motivation is crucial as I get closer to my 20-pound milestone. Along the way, I encourage readers to document their journeys and connect through platforms that support weight loss and healthy living. I am down 80 pounds since November on Zepbound and I’m stalled at 160.

Just keep it up, lots of good lean protein and electrolytes! I was on mounjaro for 2 years and lost 87 lbs, then insurance wouldn’t approved. Gained like 20 lbs back but am back on Zepbound (insurance approved) and within two months have almost lost all the weight I gained for the months I went without it. It was totally worth the fight with the insurance!
