... Read moreWow, it's Sunday again, and I'm sharing another update on my Zepbound journey! Reaching this point where 10mg feels like it's plateauing has been tough. When I first started on Zepbound, the initial doses felt like magic, and the weight came off steadily. But these past few weeks on 10mg, it's been an uphill battle. I've been so diligent, tracking everything, yet the scale hasn't budged as much as I'd hoped, making me question if this dose is still effective for me. It's a common experience I've heard from others – sometimes your body adapts, and you need to adjust your approach or dosage. Speaking of the journey, honestly, the side effects haven't been too severe for me, which I'm grateful for. Initially, there was some mild nausea and fatigue, especially the day after my injection using my Zepbound 10 mg pen. I learned quickly to hydrate religiously and eat smaller, more frequent meals. It's all about listening to your body. I haven't experienced any severe 'zepbound shakes' or anything like that, thankfully, but I do make sure to get enough protein to avoid muscle loss during this process. This Zepbound pen has become a familiar sight in my weekly routine. That's why I'm so ready and hopeful for next week's 12.5mg dose! My doctor and I discussed it, and moving up seems like the right step to reignite my progress. My ultimate goal is 150 lbs, and while 28 lbs down is huge, I know there's still a significant journey ahead. Each Zepbound dose is a step closer, and I'm determined to get there. I'm focusing on the 'zepbound success' stories I've seen and staying positive. It's been a little over two months now since I began this Zepbound journey (my 2 month weight loss is 28lbs!), and looking back at my starting weight of 258.0 to my current 229.7, it's incredible to see the progress. I know some of you are curious about 'zepbound before and after 3 months,' and while I'm not there yet, I'm documenting every step so you can follow along. My immediate goal for next week is to hit 218 lbs – a small but significant milestone to keep me motivated. To keep things fresh and avoid the dreaded plateau, I've also been focusing on diversifying my workouts and trying new healthy recipes. If you're on a similar path, remember that consistency is key, even when it feels like 'zepbound 10 mg' isn't cutting it anymore. Don't get discouraged! Let's keep supporting each other on this path to a healthier lifestyle. I'll be sharing more about my experience with the 12.5mg Zepbound next Sunday, so stay tuned!
