Digital Tears
In world full of hustle grind and go I am so very ready to get off this train. But at the same time it's all i know! if I'm not doing that then I'm not trying. It's crazy how it hits you as soon you step foot back in the states. I just came from an awesome vacation and all i can think is where is my career (expensive hobby) headed. I've spent so much money and time just trying to do what i love. I mean I really grind and have some amazing ideas but I'm still waiting and watching people live the life I desire meanwhile I'm either not moving or going backward. My faith is dwindling and my motivation dying. And I'm smiling trying to hide from whoever is looking. I Don't understand what's happening don't know what to do next can't pray can't talk simply trying not lose emotional control. Because then I'm weak “but it's bad for everyone right now” but not from my vantage point. Where do years of effort get you… For me back at the starting line. #cheerstothenewjob
In today’s fast-paced world, many experience moments of doubt after returning from a break. It's common to question career paths and the journey towards achieving our dreams. People tend to feel the weight of societal expectations and personal aspirations colliding. A growing trend in the workplace is embracing vulnerability; being open about struggles can foster a healthier work environment. Sharing experiences on platforms like Lemon8 can provide support and inspire others in similar situations. Moreover, individuals can explore methods like journaling—much like a digital diary—to express thoughts and feelings, helping to process emotions. With digital tools, people can document their journeys creatively, evaluate their progress, and visualize their goals effectively. Finally, it’s crucial to remember that many successful people have faced similar crossroads. They often describe experiences of feeling stuck before finding clarity or motivation. Engaging with communities that promote conversations around career struggles can also provide insight and encouragement. By acknowledging the journey's challenges, we may find a clearer path forward.
