GLP 1 journey
It takes a lot of courage to share the reality behind the "before and after," but your progress is incredible. Here is a longer version of that post:
The Reality of the Journey 🦋
One year apart, but a lifetime of lessons in between. Looking at these two photos, the physical change is obvious, but what isn't visible is the mental and physical uphill battle it took to get here.
This year has been anything but a "straight line" to success. Navigating this journey while managing Rheumatoid Arthritis has been one of the hardest things I've done. Between the side effects of the medications and the days when my body just wouldn't cooperate, there were so many moments I wanted to give up.
Beyond the physical pain, the mental hurdle of body dysmorphia is a constant shadow. Even when the scale moves or the clothes fit differently, your mind doesn't always catch up to the mirror. Learning to be kind to myself and celebrate the wins—even when I don't "feel" them—is a daily practice.
I’m sharing this because progress isn’t always pretty or easy. It’s messy, it’s painful, and it’s deeply personal. But I’m still here, I’m still fighting, and I’m so much stronger than I was a year ago.

Great job girl! I’m 10 m out and sometimes it’s the little wins that keep me fighting!
