Gentle Reminder

Healing isn’t always soft.

Some days it looks like:letting go,starting over,or choosing yourself even when it’s uncomfortable.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

You just have to keep going.

Progress over perfection.Peace over pressure.Growth over comfort.

Give yourself permission to heal at your own pace.

You’re not behind.You’re becoming. 💚

We may be shattered…but we’re not broken.

From personal experience, healing demanded a lot of uncomfortable choices—letting go of what no longer served me, starting over in new and unexpected ways, and prioritizing myself even when it felt selfish. The key lesson I learned is that healing doesn't require having everything figured out at once. It’s more about commitment to progress rather than perfection. On challenging days, I reminded myself to give space for peace instead of pressure and to welcome growth rather than cling to comfort. It’s important to recognize that healing is not linear. Some days will be harder, and some steps smaller, but all contribute to transformation. Daily choices, even small ones, add up to significant change. Embracing this mindset helped reduce the frustration and impatience I often felt wanting quick fixes. A phrase that resonated deeply was, “You’re not behind. You’re becoming.” It changed how I viewed my pace—reminding me that my journey is unique, and it’s okay to heal on my own timeline. Faith and hope also played vital roles. Trusting that what’s meant for me won’t miss me, and focusing on the future with faith, encouraged perseverance. For anyone on a similar path, remember that being shattered does not mean broken. Each piece you gather contributes to a stronger, wiser self. Offering yourself permission to heal gently, with self-compassion and patience, makes the journey more sustainable and meaningful. Remember, your peace matters—keep going, you’re becoming everything you’re meant to be.
