Most women don’t lose themselves overnight… it happens in small, quiet ways…🥴

I don’t abandon the things that make me feel like me. My hobbies, my interests, and the things I enjoy still have a place in my life.

I don’t isolate myself inside my home and responsibilities. I stay in community with other women who are growing, building, and living intentionally.

I don’t stop experiencing life just because I’m a wife and mom. I travel, try new things, and create moments that pour back into me.

I don’t only show up for everyone else and neglect myself. I make time for me without guilt.

I don’t pour into spaces that don’t pour back into me. The rooms I’m in should challenge me, grow me, and inspire me.

I don’t let my world get small. There is still so much life to live, and I’m intentional about experiencing it.

I don’t lose connection with who I am outside of my roles. I continue to grow, evolve, and become.

I don’t rely on one version of myself. There are multiple sides to me, and I nurture all of them.

I don’t forget that fulfillment matters. A fulfilled woman shows up better in every area of her life.

I don’t wait for “someday” to enjoy my life.

I create a life I actually enjoy now. ✨

Follow me @kheistonboone if you want inspiration that actually translates into real life as a grown woman and a mom. ✨

... Read moreBalancing the roles of wife, mom, and personal identity can often feel like an overwhelming challenge. From my own experience and conversations with many women in similar positions, I've found that the key lies in intentional choices that prevent losing oneself in the daily demands. One important practice is deliberately carving out time for personal hobbies and interests, no matter how busy life gets. Whether it’s dedicating a small window to reading, painting, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of tea, these acts nurture our inner self and help maintain a sense of individuality. Community also plays a vital role. Surrounding yourself with other women who are growing and living intentionally creates a support network that encourages personal growth and accountability. This kind of connection has been a source of inspiration and motivation in my own journey. Many women feel guilty about prioritizing themselves amidst their caregiving roles, but learning to do so without guilt transforms overall fulfillment. Scheduling time for self-care, pursuing new experiences like travel or creative activities, and setting boundaries around energy-draining environments contribute to a more balanced and enriched life. It's also essential to embrace the multifaceted nature of our identities. Rather than sticking to one version of ourselves, nurturing various sides—professional, creative, relational—allows for continuous growth and evolution. By keeping life's world broad and refusing to let responsibilities shrink personal experiences, women can create a life they truly enjoy now, not just someday. These intentional living practices have helped me and countless others stay connected to who we are beyond our roles, leading to greater confidence, fulfillment, and success in all areas of life.

“The truth about loving a good man… most women learn too late.”
Most women don’t lose a good man overnight… they lose him slowly by becoming comfortable, predictable, and unappreciative. A good man doesn’t leave because he stopped caring— he leaves when he realizes he’s no longer valued. And by the time that realization hits… it’s already too late. #re
